FAQ’s

What is the age range served by Envision One?

Children to young adult ages 4 through 20 years of age.

For Mental Health Skill Building services: 18 and older.

In what setting are services provided?

Individual one on one private sessions and other services are usually provided in the home setting.

For Mental Health Skill Building services: The setting varies based on the needs of the client. The setting can be at home and/or in the community.

Do I have to go to a clinic?

No. In order to receive intensive In-home counseling services it is recommended that counseling sessions take place in the home, so that counselors can more readily address issues as they occur.

For Mental Health Skill Building services: This is to be determined. A mini assessment of your condition and needs will determine if you meet criteria for Mental Health Skill Building services. If you do not meet criteria, you will be recommended to another program that will better meet your needs. An outpatient clinic or alternative services may be more appropriate than Mental Health Skill Building services, but that is to be determined. Call us for more information.

How will you know what services are right for me?

An assessment will be conducted to determine your needs. Together we develop an Individualized Service Plan. We consider health issues, community surroundings, background etc.

I don't know what to do.

Ok. Call us and we will assess your needs and guide you in the right directions.

How will I know when my services are completed?

As the goals and objectives of the individualized service plan are satisfactorily met the client will be informed by their counselor of their readiness for discharge.

How long will it take?

The length of services depends on the progress of the client. Each individual case is different.
